Is your jewellery Sterling Silver?

All our pieces are hand crafted by us in our workshop and are 925 stamped Sterling Silver.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our collection, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe and Paypal.

How much will delivery cost me?

For your ease, Rock Ore Pearl offer FREE P&P on all your purchases.

What is the processing time for my order?

Rock Ore Pearl dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Each piece is lovingly packaged in one of our gift boxes and is shipped in a letterbox friendly bubble wrap envelope. Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class and usually takes 1 full working day to the UK after dispatch.

How do I keep my silver jewellery looking like new?

Keep your jewellery safe when you’re not wearing it by storing it in a jewellery box or within an airtight container.

Keep jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity and direct sunlight.

We recommend removing your jewellery before showering or bathing as contact with water and chlorine can cause damage.

Skin and hair products such as perfumes, lotions or sun creams should be applied and allowed to dry before putting jewellery on, as moisture can cause tarnishing and discolouration.

Avoid wearing your jewellery when using household cleaners or bleach.

What is your returns policy?

  • The buyer can return or exchange this item.

  • The buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

  • The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
